| 摘 要： | 针对湖北省长阳清江国家水利风景区在建设与发展中存在的问题,通过实地调查研究、座谈访谈会、观察、分类等研究方法和技术,从水生态、水土质量、生物多样性、空气质量、景区建设开发5个角度进行分析,最后提出加强依法保护的力度,建立资源整合体系,提升景区发展定位,完善健全体制机制,提升管理服务水平等建议。

| Abstract: | With regard to the existing problems in the construction and development of Qingjiang National Water Park in Changyang County of Hubei Province. This paper uses this contradictory solution as a research purpose, it is analyzed from five aspects of water ecology, soil and water quality, biodiversity, air quality and scenic construction and development by using the research methods and techniques of field investigations, interviews, observations and classifications. Finally, some suggestions for the conservation and utilization of water resources of Qingjiang National Water Park are put forward: strengthening of conservation in accordance with the laws, establishment of integrated resources system, promotion of scenic development orientation, improvement of system and mechanism and increase of management service level. |
