中国区域金融发展差异、变动趋势与地方政府行为——兼论分税制改革对中国区域金融差异的影响

本文运用人均存贷款额、金融相关比率、变异系数对1978-2006年间中国省际以及东、中、西部区域金融发展差异进行度量,并用α收敛法对其收敛性进行检验,得出结论:该阶段中国区域金融发展差异显著扩大,且不存在明显的收敛趋势。究其原因,基于制度安排对中国区域金融差异的关键性影响,本文就地方政府行为与区域金融差异的内在关联性作了探讨,政策含义在于,地方政府应该为地区金融发展提供更多服务性功能,提高金融资源配置效率。
