| 摘 要： | 我国现行法律对非上市股份公司股权流转的规定过于笼统和原则,缺乏可操作性,这直接影响了非上市股份公司股权流转的安全与效率。为此,需要建立全国性和区域性相衔接的场外交易市场、适时引入混合性交易机制、合理设置投资者准入门槛并逐步完善相关的登记结算制度,为非上市股份公司股权的合法流转提供全面、系统的制度支持。
