| 摘 要： | 随着跨境贸易人民币结算试点的推进,与跨境贸易相关的跨境人民币融资需求也随之上升。本文主要研究跨境人民币贸易融资和项目融资。目前,在跨境人民币贸易融资操作中,存在汇率避险工具不发达、有关法律、政策不尽完善、明确等问题。在项目融资操作中,海外人民币存量较小、境外借款方缺乏人民币还款来源,以及汇率避险工具缺乏、境外借款方的汇率风险等问题也较为突出。针对上述问题,本文提出了相应的政策建议。
