| Abstract: | The regulation of the project cost is based on the movement of the scientific project cost. After we joined WTO,facing the engineering cost management realities like internationalization,networking,information issues,we must strengthen management legalization and scientific study. We should find an appropriate creative project cost management measure in practice to face the arrival of harmonious development. |
