| 摘 要： | 在日本丰田汽车召回事件中,中外异常明显的差别待遇让许多国人愤怒与不解。针对我国现行法律法规进行分析,找出差距,借鉴美国汽车召回制度,我国应从内容上完善《缺陷汽车召回管理规定》以加强对消费者权益的保护。
