集群企业联合应对国际贸易摩擦的实证分析——基于修正shapley值法的利益分配

经济全球化背景下,集群产品经常遭遇国际贸易摩擦的限制,并愈演愈烈,有效突破国际贸易摩擦成为外向型产业集群进一步成长的关键之一。文章通过合作博弈模型的分析,发现修正shapley值法利益分配模式能够增加各应诉联盟成员的效益,并能保证联盟的稳定性。采用修正shap-ley值法进行利益分配时,不仅考虑了集群企业在应诉联盟中的贡献,而且考虑了应诉过程中所承担的不同风险。最后以江苏横林强化木地板产业集群内企业联合应对337调查、反倾销、反补贴为例进一步验证了这一结论。

An Empirical Analysis on Cluster Enterprises Alliance in Coping with International Trade Friction- Based on Modified Shapley Value Method in Profit Allocation

In the context of globalization,the exporting of cluster products always encounters the restrictions of international trade friction and it becomes more and more serious,so it is important for the foreign-oriented industry clusters to break the barrier to maintain a further growth.Based on the cooperative game theory,this paper argues that the modified Shapley value profit allocation mechanism could increase the return of the alliance and guarantee its stability.In the adoption of the modified Shapley value analysis,the contributions of members in lawsuit as well as the risk they bear are all thoroughly considered.Then this paper proves this conclusion with the example of Henglin Laminated Wood Flooring Cluster in Jiang-su Province in the responding of lawsuits of 337 investigation,anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation.
