| 摘 要： | 在管理理论和管理实践中都存在矛盾,学习型组织理念的提出就是人类面对矛盾着的世界寻找到的出路。学习型组织的精神实际上也是哲学精神的体现。中国企业在学习西方先进管理思想的过程中要充分发挥哲学 社会科学的作用,扬长避短,学会正确学习。

| Abstract: | In both managerial theory and practice,there exists contradiction.The advance of the concept of study oriented organization is the way human being seeks in the world of contradictions.The nature of it is,in fact,the embodiment of philosophic spirit.In the course of China’s enterprise’s learning foreign adanced management thoughts,we should give full play to philosophic social science,make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages and learn to study correctively. |
