探究中小企业融资出路——来自于发达国家的思考

中小企业融资问题是世界性难题,只是这一矛盾在我国表现尤为突出。我国中小企业数量众多,与人民日常生活联系密切。是职工就业的主要场所和地方财政收入的主要来源,在国民经济中占有重要地位。但我国中小企业目前发展的突出问题是融资难,主要原因是金融机构仍对中小企业的“所有制歧视”和“规模歧视”以及我国中小企业融资方式单一。过分依赖于银行机构的融资渠道,缺少直接融资渠道。因此,借鉴发达国家的经验和做法,对我国中小企业融资的方式与渠道予以扩展,为中小企业融资难题探究出路。

The way out for small and medium-sized enterprises' financing-experience of developed countries

Hard financing of small-and-medium-sized enterprises is the world difficult problem. In our country, this problem is more distinct. The number of SMES is throng in our country that are osculation to people' daily life, and that are the main origin of finance income, and that are possessed of magnitude station in subject economy. But at present, the mostly problem of SMES in our country is "Hard Financing". The main reason is the single pattern in financing. SMES depend on the bank framework without measure. So use for reference the experience and modus operandi in developed country will help expand the mode and channel of financing of SMES in our country, and research into the outlet for financing of SMES.
