| 摘 要： | 基于企业内劳动投入的知识互补性问题,可以构建具有两种劳动投入的收益模型,分析论证最优劳动资源配置与专业化经济之间的正向关系,互补性知识的积累程度、互补性知识的协调效率、互补性经济程度对企业创新的影响。研究结果表明,互补性知识的协调效率对企业创新具有重要作用,企业应打造高协调效率的企业文化,采取交易费用低的管理方式,以促进创新。
