| 摘 要： | 资本结构在客观上存在最优组合。企业在筹资决策中,要通过不断优化资本结构使其趋于合理,直至达到企业综合资本成本最低的资本结构,方能实现企业价值最大化这一目标。优化资本结构应考虑的主要因素包括:经济周期因素、市场环境竞争因素、行业因素、预计的投资效益情况等。在资本的运行过程中,任何社会和企业都要根据发展的需要调整资本运行结构,使资本运行结构能够做到适应经济发展的最优化状态。
