| Abstract: | The enterprise's strategy of technology innovation is the result of a game between the enterprise and the other groups.This paper analyses why the SMEs in China have long been lack of motivity and capability of innovation from the perspective of game theory and puts forward some advice and countermeasures from the policies and regulations and innovation investment. |
