| 摘 要： | 本文设想了农地制度改革的方向:新型土地股份合作制。从新型土地股份合作制的具体运作办法、实行新型土地股份合作制的现实意义、家庭联产承包责任制向新型土地股份合作制的过渡和实行新型土地股份合作制应注意的问题四个方面对新型土地股份合作制进行了探讨和思考,认为新型土地股份合作制是农地制度改革的一个方向。
