破解中小企业融资难的路径选择：金融创新

中小企业融资难是世界性的问题，在全球金融危机背景下．对我国中小企业来说尤为突出。在借鉴国外中小企业融资成功经验的基础上，提出“钻石模型”：即通过构建政策性融资创新、商业性融资创新、证券性融资创新和合作性融资创新等四个方面的融资创新工程，以破解我国中小企业融资难的问题。

The Path Choice of Resolving the Financing Problems of Minor Enterprises: Financing Innovation

It is a worldwide problem for minor enterprises to financing. Under the background of financial crisis, it is especially remarkable problem for minor enterprise. Based on the successful financing experience of the minor enterprises abroad, the paper put forwards the ＂diamond model＂ of financing innovation, namely that through four financing innovation engineer which are policy financing innova- tion, commercial financing innovation, security financing innovation and cooperative financing innovation, the financing problems of minor enterprises were tried to be solved.
