| 摘 要： | 循环经济已经成为当前社会发展的趋势，如何区分循环经济与可持续发展、生态城市等理念之间的差别，如何界定循环经济的科学内涵成为迫切的需要。本文通过对循环经济本质涵义的辨析，通过构建循环经济指标体系来描述循环经济的具体内容，评价循环经济的发展水平，并通过案例实证分析，指出了现有资源型城市循环经济评价指标体系的问题，对循环经济指标体系建设提出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | Circular economy have become a stream in current society, how to distinguish the conception of circular economy from sustainable development, eco-city, etc, and how to define the meaning of circular economy, it an insistent demand. According to anaiysis the essence of circular economy and buiid the index system, the articie evaluates the level of circular economy, points out the problem of the existing index system by a case study, brings forward some suggests on index system of circular economy. |
