| 摘 要： | 分别从知识接收企业和知识发送企业的角度实证分析了网络中心性对企业间知识转移效果的影响。通过对中国通信电源行业中126家企业进行问卷调查以及数据分析，得出如下结论：知识转移双方企业的网络中心性均会对企业间知识转移效果产生正向影响，但这些正向影响并非是直接实现的，知识发送企业的网络中心性通过增强其发送意愿以及发送能力而对知识转移效果产生正向影响，知识接收企业的网络中心性则通过增强其吸收能力而对知识转移效果产生正向影响。
