| 摘 要： | 介绍某精密锻造公司的概括,分析了其生产系统现状和存在的问题,应用精益生产方式的基本思想,设计了＂一个流＂生产线,从拉式JIT和生产均衡化两个方面进行了生产运作设计,从工作内容、工作进度、工作效率三方面设计了现场管理可视化,为精密锻造企业实施精益生产提供了借鉴。
