| 摘 要： | 上世纪后期，石油危机冲击，贸易结构变化等因素，使日本海运业进入转型期。而经济全球化浪潮，又给日本海运带来挑战和机遇，因此，改革传统的海运经营模式，进一步实现集约化，以扩大规模效益，向全球物流巨擘迈进，成为新世纪日本海运业前进的航向。
