| 摘 要： | 根据当前企业生产运营计划与控制的状况的分析,指出其在交货期控制、信息集成等方面存在的诸多问题,提出了构建基于供应链环境下的生产运营计划系统和信息平台模型. 通过统一上下游资源、优化供应链流程,快速应对市场的变化;通过生产同步化,提高生产运营计划系统的柔性和灵敏性,有效降低过程运营成本,使供应链效能最大化.

| Abstract: | According to the analysis on the current enterprise production operation plan and control situation, point out many problems exist in the aspect of delivery time control, information integration and so on, put for-ward the building of production operation planning system and information platform model based on the supply chain environment. By means of unifying upstream and downstream resources, optimizing supply chain processes, re-sponse to the market changes fleetly; Through the production synchronization, enhance the flexibility and agility of the production operation plan system, reduce the costs of operating process effectively, maximize the efficiency of the supply chain. |
