高职院校学生学习需求调查分析--以北京财贸职业学院为例

本文以问卷调查的方式从学生对所学专业、课程、授课教师、教学安排的满意程度，学生的学习目标，学习过程中遇到的困难等方面了解当下高职院校学生的学习现状，多方面收集学生的学习需求信息。通过对调查数据的分析，结合高职院校学生的特点以及学院的发展现状，提出了改进教学管理工作的具体措施，从而达到为学生营造良好的学习环境和氛围，促进学院的学风建设的目的。

Survey and analysis on learning needsofstudentsin higher vocational college-Taking Beijing college of finance and commerce as an example

In order to acknowledge of present learning situation ofstudents inhigher vocational college, this article adopt questionnairesurvey of the studentsin many aspects, such as the satisfactory status of students about their ma-jor,teachers, courses and curriculum arrangement, the learning objective of students, the difficulties in the learning process etc, to collecting the information about learning needs of students. Through the analysis of survey data, combined with the characteristics of students as well as the present developing conditions of higher vocational college,proposes specific measures to improve teaching management, so as to create a good learning environment and atmosphere for students, then strengthening theacademic atmosphereconstruction of college.
