能力本位下高职课程过程性考核质量监控管理研究

摘    要:现代高职课程考核改革愈发突出能力,从而逐步加大过程性考核比重。针对当前课程过程性考核检查存在的共性问题,提出了过程性考核质量监控管理要在“以人为本、基于能力本位、学习成果导向”的教育理念指导下,本着“整制度,抓依据,实时性”的基本原则,进一步明确利于教师教学和学生学习的管理目标,本着纳入日常教教学监控全过程、综合考量的管理思路等方面构建更易于实行的过程考核质量监控管理体系,并指明需要把握的关键环节,从而为现代课程考核管理改革实践提供有益经验。

Research on the quality control and modern curriculum assessment management of higher vocational teaching based on the competency
Abstract:The focus of modern higher vocational curriculum assessment reform has become the capacity of learn-ing, which will result in the bigger proportion of process assessment. Aimed at the common problems in current curriculum examination, this paper put forward that quality control management of the process assessment should comply with the “People oriented, Competency based, Learning achievement oriented”educational idea, and follow the basic principles, and further clear management objectives which are propitious to teachers’ teaching and students’ learning, construct quality control management of the process assessment system which is easier to carry out, point out the key points, in order to provide useful experience for the reform of modern curriculum as-sessment management.
