| 摘 要： | 21世纪大林业观的提出是我国应对全球气候变暖、发展低碳经济的必然结果,是对林业在国民经济发展中重要地位的肯定。其重要意义在于有利于生态文明建设和社会主义和谐社会建设。文章提出大林业观统领下政府层面、企业层面、个人层面和国际层面生态文化建设的路径。
