生态公益林集体林权制度改革中利益相关者博弈分析

在全国集体林权制度改革的背景下,生态公益林改革的研究显得尤为重要。文章从生态公益林的定义及分类出发,总结当前生态公益林管护制度存在的问题,分析在生态公益林集体林权制度改革下各个利益相关者的利益需求和目的,以博弈论理论为基础,假设效用函数形式,模拟支付矩阵,构建博弈模型,并且求解模型的最优解,得到博弈的最优策略。在此基础上,对生态公益林集体林权制度改革提出针对性建议。
