| 摘 要： | 安徽省黄山区运用分类、分制、分流,成功实施了全区4个国有林场的改革,在我国率先挂牌成立生态公益型林场,实现国有林场改革平稳过渡。其成功改革实践经验,对当前我国启动国有林场改革试点工作,具有一定的借鉴作用。
