| Abstract: | Firstly several aspects of the strategic cooperation between Chinapost and Telecom are described in succession, which includes the necessity, the probability, the significance and the detailed contents. With that the way to select strategic partners and the frame of the cooperated business are bring forward. Lastly the obstacles of the cooperation and accordingly the solution are discussed. |
