| 摘 要： | 在QMS，EMS，OSHAS三大管理体系的推行，建立和持续改进的过程,咋才能减少工作的交叉，重复和资源的浪费，提高管理效率和效益？文章探讨了三大体系的整合与建立一体化管理体系的问题。分析了体系整合与一体化的条件及面临的困难，提出了对策，展望了前景。

| Abstract: | During the course of implementation,accreditation and continuous perfection of three management systems, namely ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and OSHAS 18000,how to avoid those unnecessary intersection,overlapping,and repetition among these systems, so that the resources could be fully utilized, and the management could be much more efficient? Authors consider that these systems might be integrated and united. The circumstances for integration and unification are discussed, and drawbacks are analyzed. Suggestions for integration and unification are made,and the prospective is looked forward to. |
