| 摘 要： | 国土资源行政监督是对国土资源行政管理机关及其相关工作人员的行政行为实施的监察和监导活动。健全和完善我国的国土资源行政监督体系，是确保国土资源依法、规范和高效行政的迫切需要。本文对建立中国特色的国土资源行政监督体系作了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | Administrative supervisor of land and resources is a kind of behavior of supervising administrative management department and relevant staffs. Strengthening and perfecting Chinese administrative supervisor system of land and resources is urgent demand for safeguarding lawful and standard and effective administration. The paper approaches the establishment of administrative supervisor system of land and resources having Chinese characteristic. |
