On the Importance of Contract Management in Job Practice

Under the backdrop of the economic globalization, construction market in China has increasingly stayed relevant to the international market. Meanwhile the entry of overseas building contractors has lead to fiercer competitions. In this case, the contractors in China should learn how to claim for compensation and avoid counter-claim cases, in order to gain the construction project.
