| 摘 要： | 新中国成立 5 0多年 ,矿业取得长足的发展 ,但与西方经济发达国家及矿业大国相比 ,在资源利用与资源管理上还存在较大的差距。我们要充分利用加入WTO的契机 ,调整矿业政策 ,使之尽快与国际惯例接轨。文章对我国矿业投资环境、投资政策及经济全球化对我国矿业的影响进行了分析并提出政策调整建议。
