| 摘 要： | 针对当前中小企业在改革认识上、操作上存在的误区 ,本文重点分析了影响中小企业改革的经济成分构成、改革方法、国有资产界定及运作、地区因素、政府因素和环境因素等 6方面的内容 ,指出当前运作中存在的问题 ,同时提出了自己的观点。

| Abstract: | In allusion to the miss sections in understanding and in operation for current reformation of the middle-small business, the article emphasizes some influence factors such as economic structure, reformation means, the delimilation and operation of national capital, regional factors, government factors and environment factors on the reformation of the middle-small business. Some questions in present operation of middle-small business are pointed out and their resolutions are proposed by authors. |
