提升哈尔滨市纳税服务水平问题研究

完善的纳税服务是提升纳税人税收遵从度的重要途径。针对哈尔滨市税务部门在纳税服务工作中服务理念、法律保障、评价机制、信息化、数据应用、国际纳税服务和社会化方面存在的问题,提出了深化服务理念、加快立法保障、完善评价体系、升级硬件平台和发展社会化服务的优化对策,旨在为提升哈尔滨市纳税服务水平提供有益的参考。

A Study on Promoting the Tax Service in Harbin City

Good tax service is an important way to increase tax compliance of taxpayers. By analyzing Several problems in Harbin tax service, such as service idea, legal protection, evaluation system, information, data application, international tax s~rviee and socialialization, this paper proposes series of countermeasures, such as deepening service concept, speedlug up legislation, perfecting evaluation system, upgrading hardware platform and developing social service to provide a good reference in promoting the level of tax service.
