| 摘 要： | 文章以杨凌农业科技企业集群为研究对象，以企业集群理论、创新能力理论为指导，运用层次分析法和模糊数学综合评价方法，从杨凌农业科技企业集群发展实际出发，通过理论检索和实地调查，构建了农业科技企业集群创新能力评价体系，设计了模糊综合评价模型，并对杨凌农业科技企业集群创新能力进行了实证评价。
