荆江段泥沙淤积搬家与洞庭湖的防洪

下荆江裁弯以后，本应淤积在洞庭湖的部分泥沙搬家到湖口城陵矶河段淤积，从而引起了洞庭湖调蓄量的被动增大而恶化了防洪形势；三峡水库运行后，坝下泥沙虽有变化，但泥沙淤积搬家现象仍然存在。为此，提出恢复一万年前的嘉鱼九宫湖-鄂州樊口段长江古河道，以疏浚城陵矶河道泥沙，作为三峡水库防洪的配套工程而形成“上堵洪水下疏泥沙”堵与疏相结合的防洪体系。

Shift of Silt from Jingjiang Course of Yangtze River and Flood Control of Dongting Lake

Owing to the change of the course, part of silt was shifted which was to deposit in Dongting Lake, aggravating the situation of flood prevention.While the operation of the Three Great Gorge Reservoir has altered the state of silt, the phenomenon of silt shift still exists. This paper, therefore, proposes renewal of the ancient course of Yangtze River abandoned ten thousand years ago covering the reach between Jiugong Lake, Jiayu and Fankou, Ezhou, so as to dredge up silt in the course of Chenglinji, thus forming a conveyance system of flood prevention of the Three Great Gorgy Reservoir.
