| 摘 要： | 职业教育集团和生态系统十分相似,生态系统内部的共生机制对职业教育集团的持续发展有着较强的借鉴意义。职业教育集团内部共生机制主要包括需求的满足——动力机制,合作的开展——协调机制,对象的选择——辅助机制,信任的建立——保障机制,以及效益的产生——监控机制,这些要素彼此融合、相辅相成,共同整合构成职业教育集团的共生机制,从而保证集团办学目标的实现。

| Abstract: | Vocational education group is very similar to ecosystem.The internal symbiosis mechanism of ecosystem is of great significance for the sustainable development of vocational education groups.The internal symbiosis mechanism of vocational education groups includes motive mechanism（needs to meet）,coordinating mechanism（cooperation to carry out）,supporting mechanism（objects to choose）,safeguard mechanism（trust to build）,and monitoring mechanism（benefits to produce）.Those elements complement and support each other,being integrated to form symbiosis mechanism of vocational education groups and ensure to achieve the goals of group running. |
