当前,农民资金互助合作组织在实际运行中暴露了一些问题,主要表现在农民资金互助合作组织缺乏调动社员积极性的利益激励;缺乏政府金融机构向农民资金互助合作组织融资的资金支持;贫困村互助组织中缺乏具备金融知识的人才,管理和服务水平不高;发展互助资金的规模太小且试点覆盖面较小等方面.政府应明确农民资金互助合作组织的定位,给予相关财政和货币政策的支持;加强村级互助组织骨干培训,提高为民办事的能力和管理水平;抓好发展互助资金规划实施,逐步扩大项目覆盖面;探索建立规避风险机制,推动发展互助资金健康发展.
