| 摘 要： | 中共中央振兴东北老工业基地的政策及举措给东北带来了历史性的发展机遇,东北老工业基地能否迎接挑战、实现振兴,关键在于要有理性的文化反思和适合的文化选择.正确的文化选择应该以对东北老工业基地文化的深刻分析为前提.总体上看,东北老工业基地文化属于农业社会的经验主义文化,同时又与计划经济体制相契合,这不但影响了东北老工业基地的振兴,也严重阻碍了中国现代化的进程.因此,实现由经验主义文化向理性主义文化的转型是振兴东北老工业基地的关键.

| Abstract: | The policy and countermeasure of the central committee of the Communist Party of China develop northeast old industrial base brings as historical development opportunity to northeast.The key point of meet challenge,realize development is reasonable cultural rethinking and suitable cultural choice.The presupposition of correct cultural choice should be analyze northeast old industrial base culture deeply.In general,northeast old industrial base culture belongs to agriculture society's experimentalism culture,meanwhile cooperate with planed economy system.This not only influence its develop,but also hinder the progress of Chinese modernize.Therefore,the key point of develop northeast old industrial base is to realize transferring experimental culture to reasonable culture. |
