| 摘 要： | 基于重大自然灾害对电网的损害，指出要提高电网设防标准，并对输电线路进行差异化设计。对线路差异化设计的思路和原则进行了阐述，从自然灾害影响因素、保证负荷预测、重要线路选取、最小骨干网架形成以及投资估算等几个方面对线路差异化设计的方法进行描述并针对区域电网举例说明。
