| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义法治国家，要求法律意识的现代化，本文对法律意识现代化的概念作了解析，分析了我国法律文化二元结构的不平衡状况对我国社会主义法治国家建设的不利影响，指出建设社会主义法治国家迫切要求法律意识的现代化。法律意识的现代化有利于树立法律的至上权威，有利于法律实际效能的发挥，有利于制约权力和保障权利。

| Abstract: | Modern consciousness of law is essential to building a socialist country under the rule of law. Firstly, the paper expounds the definition of modernization of legal consciousness. Secondly, It analyzes the bias in Chinese legal culture and puts forward the necessity of modernizing people's consciousness of law. In addition, the writer expounds the importance of Modernization of legal consciousness to construction of a socialist countty under the rule of law. |
