| 摘 要： | 面对中国目前的内需不足问题，理论界、实践界、政界见仁见智，且实践效果并不理想。主要症结在于诊断有误。中国目前内需不足的实质或根本原因是供给被动。扩大内需基点选择是优化、提升供给，走供给主动之路。这也是我国扩大内需，实现经济稳定增长的现实选择。

| Abstract: | There are all kinds of ideas on the scarceness of domestic demand,but the result is not satisfying.The reason is the wrong judgement.The basic for the scarceness of domestic demand is passive supply.The basic choice of enlarging domestic demand is active supply.And it is also the realistic choice of enlarging domestic demand and realizing economic steady rise. |
