不同类型旅行社从业人员状况实证研究——以大连市为例

对旅行社从业人员的数量和结构进行相关研究,不仅有利于旅游业人力资源供给、开发和人才市场培育,而且对于中国世界旅游强国目标的实现具有重要意义。根据《旅行社条例》,中国旅行社可按业务范围划分为国际旅行社和国内旅行社。经过对问卷调查数据的F检验和两独立样本的检验,研究结果表明,国际旅行社和国内旅行社的员工总数、总经理人数、部门经理人数、出境旅游领队人数等的均值存在显著差异,国际旅行社和国内旅行社专职导游人数、兼职导游人数的均值无显著差异。

Empirical Study on the Status of Practitioners between International and Domestic Travel Agencies

Researches about the number and structure of the practitioners in travel agencies are of great significance to human resource supply and development in travel agencies,to the cultivation of human resource market and to achieve the goal that China will become one of the strong tourism powers in the world.According to Regulations on the Administration of Tourism Agencies,China＇s travel agencies can be classified as international and domestic travel agencies by the business scope.Then,is there significant difference between various sorts of practitioners from the two types of travel agencies？ After F-test and independent-samples t-test for equality of means to the dates from the questionnaire survey,the results show that there is significant difference for the mean of employees＇ number between international travel agencies and domestic travel agencies,and for that of general manager,department managers,overseas escorts.But there is no significant difference for the mean of the number of full-time tour guides,and the same to the part-time tour guides between international travel agencies and domestic travel agencies.
