中国首批最佳旅游城市旅游经济发展对比研究——以大连、杭州、成都为例

大连、杭州、成都作为中国首批＂最佳旅游城市＂试点城市,其区位差异、旅游资源禀赋差异等决定城市旅游发展战略不同选择路径。文章以2001-2007年为时间序列,选取旅游企业业绩、旅游支撑系统、旅游业未来发展潜力3个一级指标和国际旅游外汇收入等25个二级指标,采用因子分析法对历年3个城市旅游经济发展作对比研究。根据不同城市旅游发展情况提出旅游发展战略：旅游资源相对稀缺但旅游支撑系统完善的大连应该选择将旅游产品开发重点落在大型节庆活动、商务会议及会展方面的比较优势战略;旅游企业业绩突出的杭州应该选择强化合作机制,优化旅游服务质量的市场化战略;旅游资源导向型的成都应选择加强城市旅游支撑系统投资建设,加大招商引资力度的政府主导战略。

Comparing on the Development of Tourism Indusrtry of the First Batch of Best Tourist Cities in China——Taking Dalian,Hangzhou and Chengdu as Examples

Dalian,Hangzhou and Chengdu are regarded as pilot cities of China＇s first batch ＂Best Tourist City＂,and their differences in geographical and tourist resources endowments determine the different urban tourist development strategies.Taking 2001-2007 as a time series,this article selects the performance of tourist enterprises,the social environment and infrastructure,its development potential in the future as first-level indicators,and other 25 indicators as the second-level,then compare on the development of the three cities＇ tourism industry on the Basis of Factor Analysis.Moreover depending on the specific circumstances of the tourist development,we can put forward different strategies： Dalian,whose tourism resources are relatively scare,but has more complete support system,should choose to focus tourist products on the large festivals,business meetings and exhibitions;Hangzhou,taking advantage of location and resources,should choose market-oriented strategy by strengthening t cooperation mechanisms and optimizing the quality of tourist services;Chengdu,oriented from tourist resources,should choose government-led strategy by strengthening support systems for investment in urban tourism and increasing the intensity of attracting investment.
