承接国际服务外包与广东经济转型升级关联效应分析

世界技术和管理技能的进步，从本质上改变了全球贸易和商务组织方式：企业可通过外包实现非核心业务的转移；产品工序的片段化和全球化不仅使外包成为可能，也赋予了产业升级新的内涵。文章考察了广东承接服务外包的现实意义，认为承接服务外包能够实现产品链条附加价值的不断提升和环节内、环节间的产业升级，从而有助于经济结构的转型升级。

Guangdong's Participation of International Service Outsourcing and Its Economic Structure Upgrading

The advance of science and technology has changed the managing method and trade organization method. Fragmentation and globalization has made outsourcing possible, through which enterprise transfer the non-core business outside. Outsourcing gives new meanings to the industry upgrading. This paper observes the situation of Guangdong＇s participation on international service. We find that participation in international service can be beneficial to value added upgrading in industry, and will be beneficial to the economic upgrading.
