新时期高校思想政治工作的思考

面对新形势、新情况、新挑战 ,高校的思想政治工作必须深入学习贯彻江泽民同志“三个代表”重要思想 ,提高高校干部的思想政治素质 ,把在解放思想中统一思想作为高校宣传思想工作的重要任务 ;要认真贯彻落实公民道德建设实施纲要 ,重点抓好师德建设 ,把高校建设成为全社会的文明高地和示范窗口 ;要加强WTO规则知识的学习 ,统一思想 ,增强信念 ,推进高等教育国际化进程 ;要分析新情况 ,研究新问题 ,提出新思路 ,注重机制、内容、模式、手段的创新 ,体现思想政治工作的主动性、实效性、时代性 ;要围绕中心 ,服务大局 ,把握好高校宣传舆论工作的重点 ,为高校改革发展提供强有力的舆论支持。

Reflection on Moral Education in Higher Education in the New Times

The new situation and the new challenge require the full study of Mr.JIANG Ze-min's theory of "Three-Representatives"in the implementation of moral education in colleges and universities to raise leaders' ideological politics quality and put the unification of thinking in emancipating thoughts in an important position.We must carry out seriously the moral constructions for citizens,enhance the cultivation of teachers' qualities and build colleges and universities into the pinnacle of our national civilization.We must study WTO regulations and relevant information,seek unity of thought,heighten our belief,and thus push forward the course of the internationalization of higher education.We must analyze on the present situation,study new problems,put forward new thinking,stress the importance of mechanization,contents,patterns and methods.Moral education should he active,effective and up-to-date.Propaganda work should center on moral education in colleges and universities,be subordinated to the interests of the whole society,and give strong support to reform and development in higher education.
