| 摘 要： | 中国《专利法》自1985年颁布实施以来，经历了3次修订，专利体系逐渐与世界接轨，在华专利申请行为也随之发生了改变。特别是近年来随着世界经济一体化进程的加快及世界产业格局的不断调整，跨国公司为获取更多利益，在世界各国的技术转移与渗透活动日益频繁。为此，以世界500强企业（《财富》排名）2013年在华专利申请全样本统计数据为研究对象，通过对专利类型、申请人类型、申请人来源、产业领域、技术类别、是否PCT、是否优先权等指标进行定量分析，特别是与2006年之前的指标进行对比，深入研究了跨国公司在华专利行为与战略变化特点及其背后的动因。
