摘    要:比较了钢铁工业含锌尘泥的传统处理工艺,介绍了宝钢含锌尘泥研究和利用的实践,调研了国外钢铁厂含锌尘泥的利用途径,列举了转底炉处理含锌尘泥的国内外进展,指出火法回用是妥善处理钢铁工业舍锌尘泥的最佳途径,转底炉在资源化利用钢铁工业含锌尘泥及环境保护方面潜力巨大。

Abstract:Zinc-borne dusts and sludges are secondary resources remaining to be fully utilized in iron and steel industry, most of them(with low zinc content)are recycled in sintering plants with the harmful influence to the following blast furnace operation, while the rests(with high zinc content) are sold outside with the negative results of resource waste and environmental pollution. In the article, traditional treatment technologies for zinc-borne dusts and sludges are compared, research and utilization practices of zinc-borne dusts and sludges in Baosteel are introduced, oversea recovery ways for zinc-borne (lusts and sludges are investigated, and the zinc-borne dusts and sludges present utilization state and development trend by RHF are enumerated home anti abroad.Finally, RHF application in zinc-borne dusts and sludges treatment is recommended for its great potential in resource recovery and environmental protection.
