论合作社法的法律属性

To scientifically define the legal attribute of cooperative is the premise to define the legal attribute of cooperative law.The legal attribute of cooperative law is to study its nature,function and what law department it should be.Now the cooperative has been transformed into profit organization rather than traditional non profit organization.According to its characteristics,the cooperative should be mutual benefit organization.The factors influence legal attribute of cooperative law are cooperative relationship,the adjustment object of cooperative law,the legal interest target and the legal responsibility of cooperative law.Therefore,the legal attribute of cooperative law should be defined as one part of the economic law branch.
