| Abstract: | As an effective carrier to promote the construction of harmonious central bank, StaffHome is an important platform for our party to close the ties with the public. The building of Staff Home is the most dynamic and cohesive activity held by grass-root staff unions. And it is a long-term mission to strengthen the construction of Staff Home. The paper analyses this task and proposes policy advices. |
