| 摘 要： | 教师是教学中的中心环节,因此了解现代教学中教师的素质对教学以及整个社会的发展都有着重要的意义.本文主要探讨现代教学中教师应该具备的创新意识和开拓精神、多元化的知识结构和较强的科研能力以及合作精神与合作意识等基本素质,从而提出了现代教学中教师素质的新理念.

| Abstract: | In the process of teaching and learning, teachers are the key link. So, to know the qualities a modern teacher should have is of great significance to teaching and the development of the whole society. This paper briefly probes into the basic qualities such as creativity consciousness and pioneering spirit, multi-stuctural knowledge and excellent scientific research ability, cooperation spirit and consciousness and so forth. From which the paper puts forward the new concept of the qualities a teacher should have in modern teaching . |
