| 摘 要： | 文章以2002—2009年沪深两市发生并购的上市公司的平衡面板数据集为研究总样本,通过构造面板数据中的固定效应变截距模型,探究并购对公司劳动力需求的影响。主要结论是：并购对公司劳动力需求有显著影响,发生并购后会使劳动力需求显著地减少。

| Abstract: | This paper chooses listed companies which has engaged in MA from Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges during 2002—2009 in China and regards corresponding balanced panel data sets as sample.The article analyzes the impact of mergers and acquisitions activity on labor demand based on panel data with Fixed-Effects models.The main conclusion is ultimately obtained： it has significant impact of MA activity on labor demand and MA activity significantly reduces labor demand. |
