It is very necessary to increase population of big city in central China.By measuring long-time and short-time population capability,this paper summarize that increasing population is feasible.Population adding will be restricted by the condition of housing in short order of future,by the power of water supply in metaphase future,by the quantity of water that can be used finally.The capability is bigger than the number of population of some big city in central china,so it is rational to add population of the city.
